Is VitalWay available in my state?
VitalWay Health is launching in late 2026 in select states. Early access members will be notified by state availability and onboarded in priority order. We are building out our provider network to support all 50 states.
What are 503A compounding pharmacies and why does it matter?
503A pharmacies are state-licensed, FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies that prepare patient-specific medications based on a provider's individual prescription. This means your peptides and vitamin compounds are formulated to your exact dosage — not mass-manufactured generics. VitalWay partners with established 503A pharmacies with strong compliance and quality records.
Does VitalWay prescribe directly?
No. VitalWay is a telehealth platform — we connect you with independent licensed clinicians who make all prescribing decisions. We do not prescribe or dispense medications directly. This structure keeps VitalWay compliant with corporate practice of medicine laws.
What happens if the provider determines I'm not a good candidate?
Your provider makes an independent clinical decision. If they determine a protocol is not clinically appropriate for you, they will explain why via secure message. Some conditions, medications, or history may make certain therapies contraindicated. Patient safety always comes first.
How long does the intake take?
Most patients complete their intake in 20–30 minutes. You can save your progress and return at any time — nothing is submitted until you review and confirm.
How long until I receive my medication?
After your provider issues a prescription, 503A pharmacies typically take 7–10 business days to compound and ship your order. Longevity Elite members receive priority fulfillment. Cold-chain items ship with appropriate packaging to maintain integrity.
