Getting Started
What is VitalWay Health?
VitalWay Health is a digital healthcare platform that provides personalized wellness programs reviewed by licensed providers. We offer programs in weight management, longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, recovery, and general wellness — all managed through a secure online portal.
Is VitalWay available in my state?
Yes — VitalWay is available in all 50 states. Every patient is reviewed by a healthcare provider licensed in their state of residence.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, complete your health intake (takes 20–30 minutes), upload any available lab work, and a licensed provider will review your information and deliver a personalized plan within 48 hours.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. VitalWay is a direct-access healthcare platform. Anyone in the United States can create an account and begin their intake.
Programs & Treatment
What programs does VitalWay offer?
We offer six evidence-based program areas: Weight Management, Longevity, Hormone Optimization, Metabolic Health, Recovery, and General Wellness. Visit our Programs page for detailed information on each.
How does the provider review work?
After you complete your intake and upload labs, a licensed provider in your state reviews your full health package — medical history, biomarkers, lifestyle data, and goal-specific questionnaire responses. They deliver a personalized plan within 48 hours.
Can I be prescribed medication?
Yes, if clinically appropriate. Providers can recommend and prescribe medications as part of your treatment plan. Medications are billed separately through your pharmacy.
What if I need to be seen in person?
VitalWay is designed for asynchronous care. If a provider determines that an in-person visit is required, they will notify you through your portal. Certain states (including NJ and TX) have specific requirements for initial consultations.
Pricing & Payment
How much does VitalWay cost?
Full pricing will be announced at launch. Payments cover a 3-month supply of your protocol, chosen with a licensed provider based on your health needs — see our Pricing page for how it will work.
Does VitalWay accept insurance?
No. We operate on a direct-pay model with transparent pricing. This eliminates prior authorizations, claim denials, and surprise billing.
Are lab tests included in the plan price?
No. Lab testing is billed separately at cost. If you have existing labs, you can upload them for free. New labs ordered by your provider are priced transparently.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. You retain access to your patient portal and health records after cancellation.
Privacy & Security
Is my health data private?
Yes. VitalWay is built on HIPAA-ready infrastructure with end-to-end encryption, immutable audit logs, and enterprise-grade security. Your data is never sold. Visit our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who can see my health information?
Only the licensed provider reviewing your case and authorized VitalWay staff (for clinical support and compliance) have access to your health data. Access is logged and audited.
Does VitalWay share my data with third parties?
No. VitalWay does not sell, rent, or share your personal health information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your health records are retained in accordance with applicable state and federal law (minimum 7 years for medical records). You may request a copy of your records at any time.
